 Mark provides executive leadership across acquisitions, transaction structuring, development strategy, capital relationships, and project execution. His background includes more than two decades in commercial real estate, over $1.5 billion in property closings, more than 400 sales nationwide, and more than 20 completed development projects. 

 Dan leads real estate development and federal leasing strategy, with more than 20 years of experience working with VA and GSA developers to identify government sites, prepare lease documentation, and support federal real estate requirements. 

 Christopher leads construction execution with more than twenty years of field and management experience across commercial, institutional, and healthcare construction, including subcontractor coordination, safety, process control, and active medical environments. 

 Michael leads the administrative and operational platform supporting project delivery, including accounting coordination, information technology, project controls, compliance, records management, scheduling, consultant coordination, and repeatable systems for visibility and accountability. 

 Mark brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, including approximately 20 years as a developer, and helps guide development strategy, risk evaluation, project quality, schedule, budget, and long-term value.
